To avoid any accidents or distractions, I ask that a child is accompanied by an adult outside of the room. If this is not possible for you, please contact me and let me know, I’ll accommodate if I can! After 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be canceled and you’ll have to reschedule. A cancelation within 24 hours of your appointment time may result in a 50% charge plus the credit card transaction fees. Life does happen though, so please reach out to me if there’s an emergency and I’ll try to accommodate the best I can. Cancellation Policy
I charge a 50% cancellation fee plus a credit card transaction fee for any no-shows. A cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment without rescheduling may also result in a 50% fee plus a credit card transaction fee. Things happen though, so just communicate with me! :) Multiple cancellations may result in a ban from booking. No-shows will also be banned from booking. Please contact me with any questions!
